Exercise and Fatigue

Fatigue | Stress | Chronic | Syndrome | Cause | Symptoms | Treatment > FatigueYou may be thinking how can you possibly exercise when you're feeling so tired but is is important that you take mild, regular exercise.

Exercise improves oxygenation of the body's cells, helps improves blood circulation, which in turn improves nutrition and the removal of toxins from the body. Digestion and bodily processes improve as a result of exercise stimulation.

A good way to start exercising is by simply taking a walk. At first just try to walk a little bit each day, gently and without strain. Once you feel comfortable at a certain level walk a bit further or at a faster pace.

As you increase your exercise focus on your food and nutrition to see a vast improvement in your energy levels and well-being.

Swimming is another great form of exercise, provided you can find clean water to swim in, as it does not jar the joints in the way walking may do.

The important factor is to make sure you take regular exercise and incorporate it into your lifestyle so the benefits continue for your whole life.
